About Us
Thank you for visiting “The Credit Card Guy”. We started The Credit Card Guy with one thing in mind “You”. For the past few years we have thought of different ways on how we can reach you the Merchant or Business owner so we can help you save over your current rates you’re paying on, or help improve the bad service you may be receiving, or looking for better solutions for processing difficulties you are running into. Simply stated, we’re just looking to help new or established businesses in any area you may be having difficulty in. We are not a cookie cutter solution. We listen to the needs of those who come to us and try to tailor the right solution and fit it to your business need(s).

A few years ago friends of mine who own and operate their business' had complaints for different reasons about their processors and I was looking for a career change. After listening to each of their concerns and doing months of research to finding the right partner processors to provide a solution to each individual merchants challenge(s). Now years in the making and here we are. I have helped many merchants in my area and across the United States with everything from Free Terminal Equipment, Gift Cards, Lower merchant processing fees, Check Guarantee Services, Online gateway processing, Wireless processing, Pay Pass devices, Email reporting and online reporting, ATM Machines, Cash Advance Services and so much more with the partner relationships we have.

Here at TCCG we share the information submitted on our online or faxed forms only to the approved Merchant Service Partner(s) we work with on a first come, first serve relationship. We do not share the information with any Third party company. We however reserve the right to change this policy at any given time without notice to, TCCG Merchant Service partner(s), nor the merchants requesting a quote. That being said, we make sure not to ask for sensitive information from the requesting merchant(s) such as home address, social security numbers, Drivers license numbers not any other information that is of a sensitive nature. All information submitted on our quote form or other pages is completely voluntary and is in no way obligated to fill out every line on the long form(s). No information is stored in our data base except for Company Name, Contact Name, Phone number, Fax, Email address(s) and physical Business address. This is not of a sensitive matter as most information submitted is normally of public record and merchant(s) who submit their information must have the understanding the information requested, may and can be kept for future promotions we or our Merchant Service Partner(s) may offer. We at TCCG reserve the right to keep information that is not of a sensitive nature. You may request we stop sending you information by filling out our contact form or unsubscribing to our newsletter once received. All information we collect is sent to our Merchant Service Partner(s) for reasons of providing a quote to the requesting merchant or party. Additional information may be requested from our Merchant Service Partner(s) such as sensitive information, home address, social security number, Driver license number, and more. TCCG is not responsible for the quote or any information the Merchant Service Partner(s) may provide as part of their quote to the merchant or party requesting information. All information quoted and verbally spoken between the Merchant Service Partner(s) and the merchant or party(s) requesting information should be quoted as ethically and honestly and as accurate as possible as would be expected from our Merchant Service Partner(s).

TCCG Services: The Credit Card Guy.com offers merchants the opportunity to requests quotes on Credit Card Processing services offered by up to 2-5 of the Merchant Service Partner(s). The Credit Card Guy.com maintains partner base however, The Credit Card Guy.com does not guarantee that our Merchant Service Partner(s) can provide quotes for every request we received nor does it guarantee the accuracy of the quote but we do expect all of our Merchant Service Partner(s) conduct themselves ethically and honestly.

Your Request: Each request placed with The Credit Card Guy.com is reviewed by our Quotes Department to ensure the quote is true to accommodate the requirements asked for by our merchant requesting the quote and our Merchant Service Partner(s). We cannot guarantee that the Merchant Service Partner(s) who do respond to your request can meet all of your requirements. If for any reason a request does not look to be of a legitimate nature, appears to be from a competitor of our Merchant Service Partner(s) who are seeking price information, or if it is not filled out in its entirely, the request may be rejected and no Merchant Service Partner(s) will be alerted of it to provide quotes.

In submitting a request with The Credit Card Guy.com you have agreed to allow us to refer all of the information you have provide to up to 5 Merchant Service Partner(s). Our Merchant Service Partner(s) will contact you directly to present their offerings and pricing. They will make contact via the phone or email, and may contact you by any other means that they deem necessary. Merchant Service Partner(s) will contact you within one 24-48 hours of placing your request on operating business days, assuming our Merchant Service Partner(s) can meet your requirements. Your contact information will be retained by The Credit Card Guy.com. You will receive some communications by email to confirm your request and to later provide us with feedback if requested. You may also receive e-newsletters and promotions from The Credit Card Guy.com. You will have the option to opt-out at anytime by filling out our contact us page and requesting so or via newsletter.

Merchant Service Partner(s) When admitting Merchant Service Partner(s), The Credit Card Guy.com makes every effort to ensure that we are dealing with reputable and professional Agents or organizations in the Merchant Services industry. The Credit Card Guy.com does not claim to be experts in the Merchant Services industry which our Merchant Service Partner(s) operate within and can in no way validate the true quality of their offerings. The Credit Card Guy.com does not guarantee the performance of any Merchant Service Partner(s) whom we refer to any of the companies or individuals submitting requests through our website.

Once The Credit Card Guy.com refers a merchant(s) requests to the Merchant Service Partner(s), we have no further involvement in any transactions that occur between the merchant and the Merchant Service Partner(s). In the event that there is a dispute of any kind between a merchant and the Merchant Service Partner(s), whom we have referred, The Credit Card Guy.com shall be indemnified by all parties from any type of liability for damages incurred by either party. The Credit Card Guy.com does not provide quotes directly of any kind to merchants seeking or placing a request for a quote. Nor does The Credit Card Guy.com claim to be nor is a Merchant Services Provider. With our permission our Merchant Service Partner(s) use our logo or name when responding to the merchant(s) for recognition or affiliation purposes but not on behalf of TCCG.

It is strongly advised that consumers perform their own due diligence on any potential Merchant Service Partner(s) prior to entering into any type of agreement with them.
